Culture Tube Cap, Phenolic with White Rubber Liner
Cap is made of a special phenolic material (mineral filled) to withstand the effects of repeated autoclaving. White rubber liner/cap bond was selected to retain its adhesive properties during autoclaving. This cap is threaded from the liner down approximay to half the total weight, except 38-430 which has full threads. The cap is identified in ASTM Specification E982, Class A requirements.
